An impressive new build, four-bedroom bungalow built on the rear of a garden. This property is of a timber frame construction with brick face work. We had cut vaulted ceilings to create key features within four of the rooms of the property, bespoke kitchen, under floor heating, two bathrooms and landscaped gardens resulting in a fantastic family home.

A timber framed four-bedroom property built for our clients. This was an interesting build where we uncovered an underground well!

The property was sold within days of marketing. The local estate agents and the client commended our work.

A new pair of detached houses designed and located for resale in Bishops Stortford.

We created two 3 bedroom semi detached properties, one selling within a week of marketing.

The properties were constructed of timber frame, a mixture of yellow face brick fasard and render, under floor heating, bespoke kitchen, tiled porcelain floor, new patios and landscaping to the rear gardens to complete the project.

The site was challenging, as we had to move a culvert river which involved us gaining permission with the environment agency and local authorities. We were also required to carry out archaeological digs.
